• Return Window:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. No requests for return or exchange will be approved beyond this period.

• Return Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days of your request.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to a reverse shipping fee of Rs. 150/-.

• Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please raise a query within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging for the return.

• Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges depend on the availability of the product.

  • If the product is not available, refund will be issued.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products purchased under discount and sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
